Upper Lachlan Shire Council presents a jam-packed event with Australia Day Day Ambassador Sophie Smith, Founder of the Running for Premature Babies Foundation of Running joining the celebration and hosting the Australia Day awards. 

Mayor Kensit will lead the event with a citizenship ceremony, and award our Australia Day recipients for Event of the Year, Sportsperson of the Year, Young Sportsperson of the Year, Citizen of the Year and Young Citizen of the Year. 

An event for the whole family with a traditional sausage sizzle put on from Crookwell Lions and Crookwell Rotary clubs. Something sweet perhaps? Country Woman's Association has you covered with delicious lamingtons and damper.  

Expect live performances from "The Rich Pitcher" Band during the afternoon, various activities available to children of all ages including inflatable obstacle course, egg and spoon races,  games and activities as well as some great arts and crafts experiences. 

This COVID-19 safe event has been proudly supported by IGA, Lions Club Crookwell, Country Woman's Association, Crookwell Rotary Club with assistance from the National Australia Day Council and Department of Home Affairs.
