FAQS — The Wiggles Australia Day Concert

Q: How do I get tickets to the Wiggles?
A: The Wiggles Australia Day Concert is booked out. Free tickets were released on Wednesday, 16 January 2019 via this website.

We made a mistake in managing the ticketing for the free Wiggles concert on Australia Day. As a result of a system issue, tickets were unfortunately made available earlier than previously advised. Due to the overwhelming popularity of the show, the allocation was exhausted – as always – very quickly.

While we’re sorry to have disappointed Wiggles fans, we’re happy to let you know there’s a range of other fantastic, free entertainment options on the day.

Start your morning at WugulOra Morning Ceremony, then skip down to the Children’s Festival in Darling Harbour to see The Vegetable Plot, The Beanies and Big Science – Fizzics Education. Or wander through the Chill Out Zone at the Overseas Passenger Terminal and Sydney Street Party in The Rocks.

See what's on and plan your day.

Q: Do children need a ticket?
A: Children under 12 months do not require a ticket. All other patrons must have a valid ticket.

Q: How do I obtain my tickets?
A: Free tickets were released on Wednesday, 16 January 2019. If you obtained tickets, your tickets were issued to you via email as an eTicket PDF on Wednesday, 16 January 2019. Please print your ticket/s or display your ticket/s on your phone for scanning at the entry gate. No box office collection will be available.

Q: Will the concert be cancelled in the event of bad weather?
A: The Wiggles Australia Day Concert is an outdoor event and the performance will proceed rain or shine, if deemed safe. Please come prepared with protective clothing.

Q: What happens if I can no longer attend?

Q: I missed out on tickets. What else is there to see and do?
A: There are many family-friendly, free events on this Australia Day! Start your morning at WugulOra at Barangaroo. Head down to the Children’s Festival in Darling Harbour then wander through the Chill Out Zone at the Overseas Passenger Terminal and Sydney Street Party in The Rocks.
