The Mayor Maree Statham will conduct the Citizenship Ceremony for new citizens and present the NSW Local Citizenship Awards. The Official Australia Day address will be presented by the Australia Day Ambassador Peter Frazer OAM.
Refreshments will be provided by the Lions Club of Lithgow with entertainment by Lithgow City Band and local singers. Local youth band Hollowpoint will perform from 10.30 to 11.30am
In case of inclement weather the ceremony will be relocated to the Union Theatre, 65 Bridge Street Lithgow.
There will be free entry to JM Robson Aquatic Centre from 8.00am – 4.00pm
