Come along to Walbundrie Recreation Grounds and enjoy a day out with all the family.

Enjoy a FREE BBQ breakfast.

Then watch the official Ceremony, which includes:

  • the Australia Day Ambassador address
  • school citizenship awards
  • awards including Citizen, Young Citizen, Sports Volunteer, Sports Person/Team and Community Event of the Year
  • morning tea.

Steve Bowen will entertain you during the afternoon with lots of fun things to do and participate in. Face painting, jumping castles and lots more will be on offer.

You will be able to purchase coffee and food during the afternoon.

This is a COVID Safe event. You will need to sign in on the day. 

There will also be large marquees with cooling fans to sit under, away from the summer sun. You are encouraged to bring your own chairs, insect repellent, sunscreen and hats.

This event is supported by Greater Hume Council.
