Dami Im to join an all-star line-up in ‘Australia Day 2017 – Live at Sydney Opera House’

Bursting onto our screens in 2013 and catapulting to a star performance at Eurovision 2016, her voice captured a nation. Now, Dami Im is set to do it again, performing alongside a host of Australian artists at one of the most iconic locations in the world.

Dami Im is the latest performer to be revealed for the all-star Australia Day 2017 – Live at Sydney Opera House line-up, joining musical legends Tina Arena and Guy Sebastian.

Since her appearance on X Factor, Dami Im’s music has soared through the charts, claiming a number one singles position and reaching top spot on the ARIA chart. She’s performed all over the world, culminating in reaching second place at Eurovision - Australia’s best ever result.

“Singing at one of the world’s great landmarks is a truly unique experience, “said Dami Im.

“To perform in front of thousands of music lovers and alongside some of the country’s greatest artists is a real honour. I can’t wait to celebrate Australia Day with everyone.”

The concert will feature music and special performances that pay tribute to the country in an incredible display of talent curated by Australia Day creative director John Foreman. It promises to be a spectacular setting for a unique celebration of Australia.

John Foreman said, “Australia is a country rich in talent and diversity. We are bringing together some of our best and most successful artists, each with their own unique story and experiences. This concert will reflect some of the rich tapestry that makes us who we are as a nation.”
