See our beloved ferries in this popular Australia Day tradition, as they venture from Circular Quay to Shark Island and then back to a glorious finish at the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Pack a picnic and gather on the foreshore to barrack for your favourite ferry.

Book a place on one of the competing ferries
Tickets cost $220 each and include morning tea on arrival, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks, a premium lunch box and a chance to take out the title! A package without alcohol costs $150.

Ticket holders must arrive at Circular Quay wharf, opposite Circular Quay train station, at 9:45am on 26 January. The ferries will return at approximately 1pm.
Dos and don'ts
DO NOT BYO. BYO alcohol and glass are not permitted in Bradfield Park in North Sydney, Darling Harbour, The Rocks, Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay, including the Overseas Passenger Terminal and Dawes Point.
If travelling by train, please allow some extra travel time.
