Start off your Australia Day celebrations in Dungog with a delicious BBQ breakfast.
Following breakfast, the official ceremony will start at 9am. It will include the Flag Raising ceremony by local scouts and guides, the Australia Day ambassador introduction by the Mayor, Cr Tracy Norman and musical items by the Dungog Shire Choir.
In 2019 there are six award categories, including:
- Citizen of the year
- Young citizen of the year
- Environmental citizen of the year
- Two sports awards.
The winners will be announced during the ceremony.
