Australia Day Live at Sydney Opera House promises to be bigger and better than ever. Australia’s musical stars take to the stage in an unforgettable concert, featuring dazzling firework displays and a breathtaking maritime extravaganza.

The line-up of Aussie artists includes the soulful Kate Ceberano, the renowned Sydney Symphony Orchestra, rocker Jon Stevens, funk instrumentalist and vocalist Harts, tenor Josh Piterman, a revitalised Yothu Yindi and The Treaty Project, along with hitmakers Ricki-Lee, Anthony Callea, Karise Eden and Conrad Sewell.

Musical director and composer John Foreman OAM, singer Kate Ceberano, journalist Jeremy Fernandez and TV actor Luke Carroll will host Australia's best talent at our most iconic building on our biggest day of the year.

Don’t worry, you can still be part of Australia Day Live around Circular Quay and at the Tallawoladah Stage — watch the concert on the big screens and be front row for the choreographed maritime extravaganza on the water and the spectacular fireworks. Get there early to get the best position  entertainment starts at 6:30 PM.

Heatwave conditions are peaking across the Australia Day 2019 long weekend. Check for total fire bans and the fire danger rating in your area.

Be sun safe, eat well, drink plenty of water and wear appropriate clothing for summer weather conditions.

There is no BYO alcohol and no glass allowed at the Rocks, Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay, Hickson Road Reserve, Circular Quay East, Darling Harbour, and Bradfield Park in North Sydney.
