Celebrating Australian Excellence

Representatives from our corporate network and their guests gathered to celebrate in style at the 2012 Australia Day Lunch. The size and spectacle of this event never ceases to impress those attending or performing at this annual corporate event.

Jennifer Byrne introduced an action packed line up including Sneaky Sound System, the Talent Development Project, George Ellis, Sydney Youth Orchestra and the Gondwana Singers.

Many guests will long remember the candid, personal and moving speech given by the Governor of NSW, Her Excellency Professor Marie Bashir AC CVO.

Australia Post announced the 2012 Australian Legends and presented Ron Barassi, Gary Ablett, John Raper, David Campese and Joe Marston with their truly unique gold stamps.

Executive Chef, Uwe Habermehl created an amazing menu featuring Australian produce and putting a modern twist on our favourite classics.

For the first time in 2012, we set aside some time at the end of the event for guests to catch up. This proved to be an incredible success with the majority of attendees remaining to take advantage of the opportunity to relax with friends and colleagues.

The 2012 Australia Day Lunch raised the bar yet again and signalled the start of celebrations for 26 January 2012.
