Best-selling author and a former Australian Executive Woman of the Year, Catherine De Vrye is an outstanding communicator with proven international management experience in both the private and public sectors. Catherine make the latest thinking on customer service come to life through practical, everyday examples.
The 1993 winner of Telecom’s Executive Woman of the Year Award and named NSW Executive Woman of the Year; Catherine was formerly Executive Director of Young Achievement Australia, where she was responsible for a national business education program involving over 10, 000 students.
Prior to this she held numerous executive positions with IBM, including a two year senior management assignment in Japan. Catherine makes state of the art management theory come to life through practical, real-life examples, and lifts her addresses with well placed humour.
